- Instant Ink Account needs attention or Update payment method...
This is easy to fix: Go to Instantink.com and click the link to Sign In, which is located at the top right of the page, or under the 3 horizontal lines if you are on a mobile device. On your account home page, click “Change Billing Information”, then “Change Payment Method”. Re-enter all the data (credit card number, expiration date and CVV) even if you are only updating the expiration. After you save your changes, it may take a few hours to re-process the payment card. When the card has been re-processed, you will be able to print again.

If you go to Instantink.com and and sign in you can click the left navigation tab "My Account" and then click the "billing information" and you will see the change payment method to update your billing information. If your card is expired you will need to retype all the card data into all the fields not just the expired date.
Here is a picture of my acct if this helps.

You would go to hpInstantink.com and use the sign in button on the top right to sign into your account.
Then you will be at your Home page on your customer account.
Hope that helps.

I need to update my debit card info after I cancelled my card when lost. Problem is, I don't use the email address I signed up with (as it now charges so I cancelled my email account) and so can't sign in to update the details as it sends a code to my old email address. Tried signing up as a new user but it won't let me as my printer is already signed to the account I can't access. Frustrating that it is impossible to talk to anyone at HP UK about this as there are no contact details only automated options that can't help.

When the email address you signed up for has changed and your not able to reset it then you will need to speak with Customer support over the phone in UK as they need to validate your identity before they help you reset your email.
You must contact HP customer support to help you with this.

I live in the UK and mine keeps doing the same (Jennifer 31513). My monthly payment is £7.99 sterling which gives me 300 pages, for 2 months I haven't used my printer and now it's charged me £13.49, then 2 days later another £7.99.
Which I find absolutely unacceptable, but as always you can never speak to anyone who can help.

When I go to hpInstantink.com and use the sign in button on the top right to sign into your account,
I do get y account info, but it does not give me the options you show on the thread above - it does have My AAccount, but it is nowhere as near as detailed as what you show and does not include payment information 😞

I'm not able to see the picture you posted but when you sign into your account on the right side it has My Account and at the bottom of the box it has "Billing Information" and then in blue letters "change billing information". So you can change your billing information this way also.
I hope this helps.

@LORRAINE65 you can update billing by going to "Instantink.com" website and logging into your account.
1. To the right of the Home screen is a section called "My Account" and under that is Billing Information and a blue link to "change billing information". This will take you to the screen to change the billing information.
I hope this helps you navigate to find the section.
Thanks,
JillSa

When I go to hpinstantink.com it takes me here. There is no home page, no information about the plan or cc information. I think my cc expired but I have no idea where to fix it.

I am having this same exact issue and I am extremely irritated. I never signed up for any of this stupid HP instant ink and somehow got charged 1$. I do not wish to be charged again except when I go to my account there is no option to delete my account or modify payment or shipping address or any of that. I called and the HP Support person kept repeating to me the same thing over and over again to go into my account and delete my account WHEN THE OPTION ISN'T THERE.
