Hello,

 

I have a missing printhead issue and have tried all what it says to do here but it's still not recognizing my printhead.    It's a brand new printhead also and toners are good..   What is the issue ????

Verify that your printer is not in Use Printer Offline mode. Select Start > Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners . Then select your printer > Open print queue. Under Printer, make sure Use Printer Offline is not selected.

Just recently my HP Smart Tank 7000 is not recognized. When I reinstall the printer it shows as a printer option, but when I send a document to the printer, it tells me i(1) it can't find my printer (2) it found my printer but it's offline (3) the document prints after several minutes. Then the printer goes offline and has to be restarted or reinstalled. I used to be able to use the scanner but HP Smart doesn't even recognize the scanner. Something in the last HP Smart update was faulty because everything worked very well a month ago. I have reinstalled, rebooted and restarted everything withing a inch of its life and nothing work correctly. Online assistance is a joke.
