I am having new trouble with a printer in that I can’t get it to print.  I go to HP Support and am instructed to down load the 123 Smart App (which I do) and then when I print it says it won’t print remote and I need to login in to my account.  I have tried to get more support and am just taken back to install the 123 Smart App.  I have tried the virtual chat and get the same results.  I have tried to uninstall HP and get a message it can’t be uninstalled.  I am so frustrated with HP support.  Does anyone have suggestions on what to do?

My Officejet 6962 All-In-One starts printer maintenance each time I turn it on. It runs for hours and the only way to stop it is to unplug from power. I have a new (Sept. 2023) Windows 11 computer. Is this printer no longer compatible?

I have been trying to print a one-page document but printer maintenance is still running after 4.5 hours. Any help/suggestions are appreciated!
