Yes, an HP LaserJet M140we printer supports mobile printing using AirPrint for direct printing from iOS  , Mopria for Android, or printing from the HP Smart mobile app.

 

Printing from the HP Smart app can be done as described below (iOS / Android):

For iOS using AirPrint (iOS):
