Product: HP Designjet T520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

При отправки в печать или же при нажатии распечатки диагностики принтер HP Designjet T520 пишет: Принтер не может выполнить загрузку, так как не удалось распознать бумагу. Используйте другую бумагу и избегайте прозрачных носителей.

Бумага стоит обычная А4, пробовал рулон глянцевый, все так же пишет.

Пробовал диагностику через программу без полезно, в поддержки нету решения этой проблемы.
