HP OfficeJet 7510 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

image.jpg

Hi,

first of all, I let you know that your way of customer service is one hell of inconvenient.

understand why lot of people abandon the idea of being help.

now the real deal: I have a OfficeJet 7510 printer, and since yesterday, she started to show some errors messages saying that she can print anymore due to an error « 0x61011bed»

i have tried all the options and solutions show to me on that forum (plug, unplug, wait 2mn, with and without the cartridges, etc etc) but nothing works.

Of course, my warranty was due 4 years ago, and nothing happened to the printer. When I tried to reinstall the cartridges, the cart doesn’t even move back to the door. But when I restart the printer, he move easily. I really don’t understand what is the problem.

if someone has already find a solution and want to share it with me, it will be my hero.

and in case HP is not even capable of finding a way to deal with that solution, I will just switch to another brand knowing that they don’t have a real customer service.

show me I’m wrong.
