On the print there two Serial Number. The second S/N is accepted but no solution is given

I have tried everything you posted but nothing worked.

How can I proceed?

I called HP support and since the color cartridge cart is blocked, I need to change the printer because it's not adjustable.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

Let's try these steps -

1) Take out the cartridges.

2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.

3) Wait for 30 seconds. 

4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.

5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

i can't access the printer cartridges, they are stuck behind the casing on the right.

unfortunately when i checked for the "nearest" hp service center it is a 2 hour drive away in charleston south carolina. i don't have time to drive it a ll the way up there and i need to print so i bought another printer. i don't know what i will do with this one.
