Printer will not print at all from anyone of my known devices, error code 0xc19a003, message of printhead missing, deleted or incorrectly installed. I have repeatedly removed printhead with ink cartridges many times, powered of several times and nothing works. I have checked and I show a wireless connection on Hp configuration page. I do get a registration status problem, not sure what that means ? Yesterday I did reboot the wireless setup per fix it doc. Not sure which direction to follow, do I need a new printhead part or is this just an system operating error ?

Hi @dz70,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're encountering a persistent issue with your HP Officejet Pro 8620 printer, specifically related to the printhead. The error code 0xc19a003 often indicates a problem with the printhead or the ink system.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue further:
- Power Cycle the Printer: Turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer, and wait for about 60 seconds. Then, reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer again. This can sometimes reset the printer and clear temporary errors.
- Check Printhead Contacts: Ensure that the electrical contacts on both the printhead and the printer carriage are clean and free from any dust or debris. Use a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water to clean the contacts.
- Re-seat the Printhead: Remove the printhead from the printer and re-seat it properly. Make sure it's securely installed and the latch is closed properly.
- Check for Ink Cartridge Issues: Ensure that all ink cartridges are properly installed and seated in their respective slots. Check if any of the cartridges are low or empty and replace them if necessary.
- Update Printer Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model on the HP support website. Updating the firmware might help resolve compatibility issues and improve printer performance.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
