Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 Printer

Hello I am Shayna. I am trying to print out an image on 8.5 X 11 Cardstock paper. However, when I pritn it out its cut off. I am on a Mac with the version of Sequoia 15. I have selctred the credit 'Media Type', size, and played around with a few of the settings. No matter what I change, my image comes out half missing. This only occurs when usuing cardstock paper. I have also changed the margins tto none or defult and my images are still cut off. I would GREATLY appreciate help, thank you!

Too heavy cardstock, the printer can handle too heavy paper.

With time as the printer gets older it gets weaker, and can't handle heavier paper. Use lighter paper.
