10.92.00 Error, suspect on latch on black cartdridge, what to do next?

Color Laserjet 3800, black cartridge seems to have a latch problem on left side.
Official message is 10.92.00, and per instructions on this forum I tried removing cartridge, positioning latch in upper position by tape. Even tried postitioning it by tape, inserting cartridge and loosening tape. Nothing worked, always same error.

What I have not done is replace the black cartridge, because I don't have new one and have not dismantled left side of printer because I don't know where to start.
Please help in what steps to go next and how to dismantle left side to try to superglue broken part.

Th Upper left Black cartridge lock is broken.  Parts may not be available.  Try positioning the lock in the up position and wedge a folded piece paper beside it to hold it in postion.  If it is only the upper lock, printer should work.  I have used this method before.  But, the right side locks could also be broken or cracked.  See the following for more info:

I checked all from the list and only thing that applies is Lever lock, left upper RC1-7618-000CN broken. 

Tried with piece of paper, tape, multiple postions, nothing 😕

Checked right upper lock - it is ok, moves with doors and seems ok.

Cartridge chip also seems ok and in place.

My next option is to disassemble left part and try to fix left upper lock, but IDK where to start, is there some guide how to disassemble it safely?
Tried googling for this part and found just a few on ebay for a 20$-80$... seems high

Thanks for your email.  Online search will find LJ 3800 manual.  You have to remove the left side panel and the High Voltage power supply to access cartridge locks. Video may help.  Big green board is the HVPS:

My experience, Securing the upper, left side, cartridge lock in the up position should allow printer to print.  There is a lever on the right side that cracks and will not engage.  This causes the 10.92 error too:
