2755e ONLY prints Printer Information page.....Documents or images, so is NOT a Microsoft Word issue

Ink was low...got a page print of PRINTER INFORMATION PAGE...and that is the ONLY thing it will print...Have flashing orange light at i, blue light on WIFI and power light is on...No other indications...When I try to copy or print, I get a flashing envelope and flashing ! on the tiny
screen

If you interrupted a print job to change out the ink, the printer might be stuck.
