CHANGED MY ENVY5020 PRINTER DUE TO FAULT  FOR THE SAME MODEL ENVY 5020,   However on moving the recently REPLACMENT INKS FROM THE FAULTY PRINTER INTO THE NEW PRINTER   I RECIEVED AN ERROR MESSAGE((((   INKS CAN ONLY BE USED IN OLD PRINTER  )))     Question  ( WHY), and how do get NEW  REPLACMENT INKS FOR THE NOW UNUSABLE CARTRIDGES PREVOUSLY PURCHASED.     I AM UNABLE TO FIND ANY  FAQS RELATING TO THIS ISSUE IN THE SUPPORT AND HELP SECTION  Keb 1

  • Your HP Instant Ink account page contains the data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  
  • It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,  
  • Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!

Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".

I RECEIVED REPLACEMENT INKS  OFF WHICH I PURCHASED AT A COST OF £1-99 THIS WAS PRIOR TO THE ENVY 5020 BECOMING FAULTY THIS PRINTER WAS REGISTERED BUT I RECEIVED NO  3 MONTH FREE INKS          THE NEW  ENVY 5020 HAS BEEN REGISTERED  AND I HAVE RECEIVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE 3 MONTHS FREE INK DETAILS I  HAVE  BEEN PROVIDED WITH THOSE INKS,   HOWEVER  I HAVE NOT  RECEIVED ANY RECOMPENSE  OR INKS TO REPLACE  THE INKS FROM THE FAULTY ENVY 5020  WHICH ARE NOT USABLE IN THIS NEW ENVY  5020  PRINTER AND FOR WHICH  CHARGES HAVE BEEN APPLIED.   IHOPE THIS NOW CLARIFIES THIS SITUATION>.

As I requested earlier, please respond to my private message so that I may help get you the 3 months free trial and help you with the other issues you've got with the instant ink account,

Also, please do me a favor and include the picture of the 3-month free trial offered to you, so that I may have it validated before I could add it manually to your account...just FYI you are not paying for the cartridges, you are only paying for the subscription, the cartridges are free of cost! if your faulty printer is still registered with the instant ink program, I should be able to get you replacement cartridges.

 

Just curious, is there something wrong with the caps or is this, you showing your frustration? because I get it, you need help & that's why I'm here, don't worry about it, I'll do everything I can to sort this for you!

Please lose the caps as its hard on the eyes 😛

My account shows     2 Printers registered     PRINTER    A  ENVY5020  2868rc623bc@hpeprint.com    RETURNED AS FAULTY THIS PRINTER   DID NOT  RECEIVE THE  THE 3 MONTHS FREE  INKS  TRIAL   BUT MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED WITH A CHARGE FOR REPLACMENT INKS    PRIOR TO IT BECOMING FAULTY OF £ I-99    THIS PRINTER WAS   REPLACED WITH  ENVY5020  278m77iv

'hpeprint.com,   HOWEVER   FOR  SOME REASON OF WHICH I DO NOT UNDERSTAND  THE CARTRIDGES  ARE NOT USABLE IN THE NEW SAME MODEL PRINTER      {  WHY  } ?               THEREFORE IN ORDER TO REOLVE THIS ISSUE  IT WOULD REQUIRE EITHER A REFUND OR A  SET OF REPLACMENT CARTRIDGES<  THANKS
