Product: HP DeskJet 3630

HP DeskJet 3630,

Having spent hours on trying to re-connect my 3637 to the wifi it was connected to previously, I am finding all the HP Support help, together with the printer's own diagnostics print outs and instructions completely useless- the apps do not 'see' the printer and there is no way of manually re-connecting.

I have HP Utility, HP SMart and all the help print outs, but no result.

It used to be very easy to reconnect but not this time- it feels as if HP software has decided that I need to replace my printer....

YouTube videos I've seen do not help either as the user journey is different to that given by these HP Smart apps....

It's very, very painful this- any advice?

(I had a similar thing happen few years ago, so am beginning to think it is a way of boosting HP sales.....)

What is the status of the Wireless & Icons?

Can you connect using the USB port?
