HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

When we upgraded our internet about a month ago our HP 3755 would no longer connect. As a result I discontinued our Instant Ink service and connected the printer to my laptop via USB cable.

Ever since connecting via USB the Web Services light and envelope flash continuously. I found where this indicates a print job or message has not cleared however none of the fixes I have found online have cleared whatever is there. I went through the steps of turning off web services and verified through the advanced settings tab in HP Smart that they are indeed not active. Yet I still can not clear the blinking light.

Second new item is no more automatic printing. Every time a print job is sent I have to press the Resume button for every page of the print job. I have found several fixes for this online and tried them all but nothing has worked. I have repeatedly checked the settings for the printer and nothing indicates manual printing is enabled.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the HP software as well as the printer itself. I have reset the printer to factory defaults at least three times. I have reset the network settings. I have looked for and attempted to install new drivers to receive a message that drivers already exist or that I have the most recent drivers. I can not connect to the printer IP address bc it no longer has one which is why I am accessing the Embedded Web Server page through the advanced settings tab of the printer. We are no longer under warranty so HP customer service is not an option. Can anyone here help me figure out these issues?
