My inktank 415 has stopped printing in Cyan and Yellow
The tanks are not empty, I have gone through 2 levels of cleaning and printed many test pages.
Going to maintenance the software show "cartridges" (which I assume is heads) have a green tick on top but appear empty.
Delving into the printer iteself, removing the scanning bed and controls shows that the Cyan and Yellow lines running the ink to the head from the cartridge have "air gaps" - one in each, about an inch long - just before the tubes go into the head.
The tubes all the way back to the tanks are full with no air.
I tried priming the heads but nothing changed (no cyan and yellow and the bubble didn't move)
Any suggestions other than the appalling "reach out to HP customer support in your area..."
Rather than reach out to HP support I am more likely to reach out to Epson or Cannon sales.

@BigArchie, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
This seems like a hardware issue with the printer. Since you have tried the necessary troubleshooting steps and the issue persists, you will have to contact HP support team for service options.
If there are air gaps, the ink flow will be affected.

As expected all I got in response was the suggestion that I contact HP support. So as I said I shall now head to the Computer Superstore and buy a different brand.
HP is just too high maintenance.
