Product: HP LaserJet Pro 4201dn

My LaserJet Pro 4201dn print queue does not clear after printing a job.  Also, I cannot manually remove it.  I have installed the print driver (did not install the software).  My web research indicates I need to enable bidirectional support.  However this option is greyed out.  The queue does empty after some period of time (jobs I printed 5 hours ago have cleared the queue - only data point I have so far).

Any suggestions appreciated

What printer driver did you install? If you installed either  class or IPP driver you have a Microsoft supplied driver and they do not work that well.
