Hi,
My OfficeJet 4650 suddenly stopped printing properly. It was working fine before this happened. Now it barely see the printed text. The ink remains 40%, I ran Scan Doctor with no problem found, refreshed the cartridge, the driver shows the latest version, Windows 10 updates are current, and rebooted the PC multiple times. Connection is USB, not wireless. No error messages. Any advice would be appreciated.
Pinter driver version: 20.79.01.6594
Firmware version: CUP1FN1617AR

Hi,
Thank you for your response. The control panel doesn't show as you explained (see screen shot) but I ran reports from Setup > Tools > Print Quality Report and Print Status Report, but almost nothing is printed out. I also ran Clean Cartridge but it didn't fix the issue.
I don't need to print in color so I only use a black ink, which was working great until just recently until this happened. Please advise. Thank you.
