4x6 photo printing without cropping

I used the directions below to print from my Android phone.  The photo filled up the 4x6 paper BUT it cropped my photo?  How do I get it to print the entire picture from my phone?

 Please use the following steps fpr HP Smart app

(a) Touch HP Smart app,

(b) Select Photo from your phone,

(c) Touch Print,

(d) After few seconds, touch Settings (from 3 dots at the top right corner),

(e) Select Paper  then Select Paper size  (or touch Auto detect), You can use Advance to get more options.

(f) Now touch Print.

Please download the HP Print Service Plugin from Google Play Store

Also ensure the printer has the latest Firmware https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

If you are using a Samsung Phone you need to download the Samsung Print Plugin

Then uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App

Also let me know if you face the same issue with different paper sizes
