Operating System: iOS

trying to print photos via the HP app and all of them keep coming out with about 1.5cm white line at the bottom and the photo and on the right, 1.5cm of the first part of the photo. I already re-aligned my printer, paper size and quality is correct on both printer and my phone. Not sure what’s going on? Will attach a photo for reference.
