Days back I had 50.9 error in MFP 277dw and then few days later had 50.4 fuser error and does not get solved yet. How to solve this issue

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

 

If a 50.xx error message appears on the control panel, try the following steps.

 

  • Reset the printer:
  • Turn off the power by using the power switch, and then wait at least 30 seconds.
  • Turn on the power and wait for the printer to initialize.
  • If you are using a surge protector:
  • Power off the printer.
  • Remove the surge protector.
  • Plug the printer directly into the wall socket and turn the printer power on.
