Boot up problem

Hello Rick1960,

 

Looks like printer need to be serviced, however you may try the below steps for some good luck...

 

  • While the printer is On, unplug the power cord from back of the printer. Also unplug USB cable if connected.
  • Power off the Wireless router.
  • Wait for 60 seconds.
  • Now first plug in the printer power cord directly to wall outlet and then to back of the printer.
  • If printer does not power on automatically then press the ON button to do so.
  • If the printer is still not booting up, then its time to either service the printer or go for a new one.
