Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer was working fine until today. After turning it on it give blue screen with error b8156d40 which goes off quickly and then comes white screen with printer error written on top and then "There is a problem with the printer. turn the printer off than on again". Please help.

hi, these issues can be associated with wifi, rather than the printer.

Either connect to your Wifi for  Wireless Direct in the wizard  located by selecting wifi on the printer,

Suggest you use a USB cable to check.

Worth a try.

Got it figured out, its actually a problem with router ubee. Thanks for help.
