HP Color LaserJet CM2320nf Multifunction Printer

The unit is plugged directly into the wall.

Both developer motors have been replaced and rotated. (Part # RL1-1800-000CN)

The DC Controller has been replaced.

The toner cartridges have been removed and replaced one at a time, turning the unit off and on between each cartridge replacement.

When the unit is initially powered on, it functions properly for about 3 pages. Then, the unit willl continally recycle and prints blank copies. The only thing I can think of is the solenoid may be sticking. Does anyone know where the solenoid is located and how to access it ? There is a fix for the sticking solenoid online, but I have no idea how to access the location.

Or could it be the fuser assembly ?

Search online for the service manual and that should provide some direction on locating the solenoids, although the only listed solenoids on this model are pickup and duplexing.
