This error indicates an issue with the developer motor in the printer or the ink toners. If you have any spare ink toners, try them. Or, insert one ink toner at a time to check if this error persists.

1. If you are using a surge protector:
a. Power off the printer.
b. Remove the surge protector.
c. Plug the product directly into the wall socket and turn the product power on.
2. If the error persists, replace the Main Motor Assembly.
Remove the toners. When control panel asks for supplies, install toners one at a time and close door. Can you hear the belt turning? Please report the results. HP printer motors do not fail very often. These 59.C0 or similar 59 errors is usually caused by a defective supply or transfer belt.
