I am having trouble printing a 5x7 folded card. I designed the card in Canva with their 5x7 portrait template, which prints 10x7 when flat. When printing, I customize the size to 10x7, portrait, with zero on all of the margins. No matter what I do, it is ALWAYS off by about 1/2 inch on the right end. What am I missing?

This doesn't have ANYTHING to do with my question.

Hi @BHMercer,

I am sorry that the above information did not help much as the same type of media does work with a different size.

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to change the print settings and let me know if that resolves the issue.
