5x7 photos are 1/2" off alignement when printed.

First time trying to print 5x7 photos. Computer shows centered, but print is 1/2" off center with picture  eliminated on left and white space on right. Checked alignment and the last display on the top grouping (shows black and blue diagonal) and right bar is slightly left of the bars above it. would appreciate any suggestions. Have checked the photo paper tray several times.

This model printer supports printing on a 5*7 photo paper. It can also print borderless photos.

Kindly refer to this document to know how to correctly insert the photo papers in the tray. 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.

Check the print settings on the app you are using to print. Refer to this document to know how to change the print settings.
