Our printer recently began giving a 61.00.00 error, and after browsing online, I found this link that instructs us to restart the printer various ways, and then to update the firmware. After updating the firmware, I cannot do anything with the printer anymore. We used to at least be able to navigate menus, but now it just prompts us to restart every time. In that same link, it wants us to remove the formatter and check connections, but this printer does not come apart like the one in the example photos. I would like to exhaust all options of fixing this printer, but I cannot find anything else to do to fix it.
The LED with a heart on it on the back of the printer illuminates green for about 2 seconds, then blinks for a moment, and goes back to solid for about 2 seconds.
Thank you for any help.

Sounds like the firmware on this device may be corrupted. Your best course of action will be to format the drive on the printer and reinstall a clean fresh copy of firmware. Instructions for accessing the preboot menu are included with the firmware readme file that you can download from the same page you downloaded the firmware from. In the preboot administration menu, select format drive, nothing will appear to happen. After that go do download and follow the steps. Once completed restart the machine. Do all this with no network or usb connections attached.
