According to error chart printhead DIE #1 has experienced an electrical failure. Check the FFC cables to ensure they are all properly seated and not damaged. If damaged there is a cable replacement kit available. If after reseating the cables and ensuring they are not damaged you find the same error then the printhead is the issue.

Part number is A7W93-67069. Only authorized repair centres can purchase this part from HP, but a quick look online shows some people selling the kit on Ebay . One seller was around 2200 USD. The swap procedure is not difficult but has a lot of steps and without a manual, easy to do something wrong. There are some screws that need to be removed and installed in a certain order to prevent warping the head.
