Product: PhotoSmart 6520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Black ink won’t print. Colors work ok. Installed 2 brand new black cartridges to no avail. Ran all Suggested diagnostic test to no avail. Read thru others with similar prob, but no help. Can’t reach a real person. Can printer be fixed or is it dead?  SOMEONE HELP, PLEASE!!!

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
