@JDHuggins, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP ENVY 6555e All-in-One Printer was working fine earlier, but after a power outage, it no longer prints or shows items in the print queue even though it's connected to Wi-Fi. Let's go through some steps to get it working again.

Power Cycle All Devices

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the wall, and wait 60 seconds.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router and Windows 11 PC.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check Printer Status in Windows

  • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Click on your HP ENVY 6555e.
  • Select Open print queue and cancel any stuck jobs.
  • Ensure the printer is set as default and not paused or offline.

Reinstall the Printer

If the issue persists:

  • Go to Printers & scanners, remove the HP ENVY 6555e.
  • Click Add device to reinstall it.
  • Make sure to select the Wi-Fi-connected version of the printer.

Check HP Smart App

  • Open the HP Smart app.
  • Ensure the printer shows as Ready.
  • Try printing a test page from the app.

Update Printer Firmware

  • In the HP Smart app, go to Printer Settings > Advanced Settings > Tools > Printer Updates.
  • Install any available updates.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
