Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought this printer about 15 months ago. I've used it a total of 10 times totaling less then 75 pages. In fact,  I only needed to change the black print cartridge once. Now I am getting a "printhead error" message and can't use the printer. 

Now, doing research on the error, I'm finding that this is a common error with this product and it has been reported since the printer was released. Wondering if HP knew of the issue at time of release? Intersting.

 

 

 SO, HP, what are you going to do about the issue?

I have purchased 5 HP printers since 1999.

I have purchassed 4 HP computers (mini towers) since 1999

 

Do I take my loyatly elsewhere? 

 

HP will decide that.

I have escalated your concern to HP's Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options if any. 

 

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding Holidays & Weekends). 

 

Response times may vary by region.
