This air just popped up last week. We have tried everything off of the internet suggestions unfortunately the printer just keeps rebooting within 15 seconds of the home screen popping up. There is no way to get to any type of setting or connect to the printer from a laptop before it reboots again

Your printer likely auto-updated to a new firmware release that seems to be bad. If you're using a network cable, disconnect it; if you're using Wi-Fi, reboot your printer, then as soon as you see the "Ready" screen, hit the Wi-Fi logo in the upper-right corner and turn it off. Either step will stop the bootloop, at the expense of taking the printer off your home network.
From there, follow the instructions in https://www.reddit.com/r/printers/comments/jpgpp3/hp_laserjet_pro_m280_m281_printer_series_20200612/
to download old firmware and upload it to your printer.

This solution did work for our Laser Jet by following the links and instructions and downloads. For our printer it did require no wifi on and no network cable but instead a direct connect to the printer from a PC/Laptop. Once the connection was made, follow the instructions exactly and it resolves the issue.
