HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

My printer is suddenly displaying the 71.02.4A error code.  I have done a lot of research online, including this community, trying to correct such.  The ink cartridges were low, so I replaced them with genuine HP ink cartridges.  I have reset the printer several times by unplugging the power source while the printer is on, unplugging the power source from the wall, waiting 60 seconds, holding the power button down for 30 seconds to remove any excess power, and using a can of compressed air to clean the printer.  I have even done a factory reset on the printer.  The error code is still displaying.  

 

This printer is barely 3 years old, I believe.  Please advise how I can correct such.

HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 error code 71.02. 4A HERE IS THE FIX: It's a cartridge issue.

This error came up before the cartridges were changed.  I figured it was due to them being low/empty.
