Hello,
My HP Envy Photo 7155 freezes after booting. The progress bar slowly fills up and never progresses any further. The printer is plugged directly into the wall.
This is what I have tried:
-unplugging the printer for various amounts of time, including overnight
-held down the power button while plugging it in
-using HP print and scan doctor, it fails to communicate with the product with USB cable
-using HP printer update to update the firmware, doesn't see the printer with a USB cable
