We had a paper jam in our Officejet 7612. After turning it off & clearing the jam, the printer will not turn on again. The power supply seems to be working - the light is green on the module. Power supply is plugged in to the printer, printer is closed, all pieces are in place.
We unplugged the power supply from the printer & the outlet, replugged in, but printer will still not turn on. We let it rest for about 20 minutes, and still will not turn on.
Thank you for any advice!
