Product: 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 7740 printer can't print regular 2-sided documents. No matter what I choose in the HP Smart application, flip on long edge or short edge, every time it prints out 2-sided flipped on short edge. I have tried multiple times and none of those works. 

 

Any help?

Contact HP support via generating a case number. The agent will remote connect to your computer and guide you to do some steps. Basically, on your computer, you need to check the driver of your OfficeJet Pro 7740. If it is using a "HP universal printer driver" then, you have to make some change, such as, go to the product page, download the most updated firmware and most updated basic driver specifically for your printer, in my case, is specifically for 7740. Then install that and it will fix the problem.
