Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

7740 sees tray 2 as photo tray with 11x17 paper, but it will not let me print 11x17.  I've unplugged, updated, etc.  I don't see tray 2 at all when I go to Preferences.

I see that you are facing tray issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-In-One Printer.

 

I suggest that you follow the steps from page 26 of this User Manual.
