I am very 😡. This is a known issue with this printer and HP is not doing anything to help us. I am working on all HP products at home and office but I can assure you the new printer I have to now go buy tomorrow will not be HP. HP support says this problem is not fixable because you cannot bypass the HP logo startup screen. The printer is not online so there is no way to run a factory reset. There are others in community here that had the same issue and had to buy new printers, all are recent too posts too. This printer works great if you can get past startup screen and now I am sitting on a couple hundred dollars in ink I can't use and being told I have to go get a new printer. I have also wasted 4 hours of my time I will never get back...and HP will not recall this printer when obviously it has some kind manufacturer defect and furthermore it has design flaw so its not able to be fixed. You cannot reset it, power off at rear or source doesn't work, you can't even get to the main menu and holding down power button doesn’t work either. I am very upset by the news this printer is now garbage! **bleep**! I am so disappointed in the customer care on this issue and defected printer model.
