Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Guys, I have a HP Envy 7830 Printer that is asking for setup cartridges. I don’t have any set up cartridges? I understand there is a bypass. I have put in genuine HP 303 cartridges to no avail. Can anyone help please
