Product: mfp281cdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

error code 79 wont clear. would it have anything to do with none hp cartridges. the non hp cartridges worked fine for 2 weeks now there is the 79 error code and printer wont work. it is used daily for home office and is 14 months old
