Hi @VincentVanGo2,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer is printing normally, but the control panel is non-responsive; you've likely encountered a firmware or touchscreen hardware issue. Since you've already tried multiple resets, here are the next steps to try:

1. Power Reset (Hard Reset)

You may have done this, but try it with this exact sequence:

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and the wall.
  3. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  4. Plug the power cord directly into a wall outlet (not a surge protector).
  5. Reconnect to the printer and turn it on.

2. Update Firmware via HP Smart or USB

If the screen is unresponsive but the printer still prints, you can try updating the firmware from your computer:

⚠️ If the screen is completely frozen, this may not work, but it's worth trying if the printer is still responsive to print jobs.

I hope this helps.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
