Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My Officejet Pro 8600 now prints blue as green. I have fresh cartridges for all but Cyan (blue) and that one appears to be about 3/4 full.  I've cleaned the printheads and done an alignment but nothing seems to work. I do not get error messages, and it's not my computer because I get the same results printing directly from the printer's menu. Any ideas or suggestions?
