8610 printhead appears to be missing error code: 0xc19a0003

printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed. error code: 0xc19a0003

I tried updating firmware, drivers, etc. Tried resetting several times, removed ink cartridges. Message will still not go off screen. I have an 8710 as well, tried swapping out printheads, which look to be the same, but message still appears. Any help would be appreciated. If this 8610 dead or is there a fix I am missing?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
