OfficeJet 8710

The 'blurry page' overprinting problem appears to be with a print head firmware incompatibility between the RevX.02 print head and the xxxxxBR version of the HP OfficeJet printer firmware

Same problem with the blurry black line. Tried clean head and align head.

I tried everything listed in your reply and I can still see some blurry characters. I just want to know if there is a compatibility issue about the print head? Is there any fix about this? Or this is just about the quality of the inkjet printer?

Thanks!
