Hello, I have read through every similar message I could find but no joy yet.

My 8725 printer works great but...

I recently moved from the US to the UK. Can no longer buy the US 952 cartridges; only the UK 953 ones. But of course, the printer complains these are the wrong ones.

How to change the printer's region?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you moved and the printer is not is accepting the new region cartridges.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hello I have the same issue but moving from the UK to the US. My OfficeJet Pro 6960 took 903 cartridges inthe UK, and the shops here say the right cartridge is 902. I purchased them and they do not fit. How do I do a country reset for my printer?
