Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-in-One Printer

Hi I have an Office Jet Pro 9019 All in One that said I have a paper jam in the auto document feeder. I have checked, cleared and cleaned all the rollers and areas that paper could be stuck looking for even small pieces and there is nothing there. Per the HP site I did try resetting the printer to get rid of the message but nothing is working to clear it. It will allow me to print, but not copy or scan either on the glass or through the ADF
