Getting blue screen with error E305ED09.
Unplugged and plugged again - that helps for some time but then it comes back.
This error is new it started popping up after an update - previously the error was B305DFF9 but now the new error replaced it

Hi@GK1974,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing blue screen error issues with the HP Printer.
I have a few recommendations
- Click on this link if Printer freezes and displays a blue screen error https://support.hp.com/rs-en/document/c04760896
If the error message continues, you will need to follow the instructions below to solve this issue:
- On the front panel of the printer, click four times on the location of the back arrow
(the arrow being inactive). - A hidden menu will appear, click Support menu.
- Scroll down to Reset Menu, and validate with OK.
- Scroll down to Semi-Full reset, and validate with OK.
- The printer will shut down, please restart it.
- Please reconfigure the printer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
Click on the YES button to reply that the response was helpful and/or to say “Thank You”.
Have a great day!
