Hello,

 

I just got this printer and it keeps showing a message stating "A custom printer password has been set. Enter the password or contact your IT administrator to access the printer's web interface." 

 

I have used the printer's PIN which shows on the inside of the printer but it continues to show the password is incorrect. Please let me know how to access this. There is nothing about this in the instructions and clearly, there should be since others are also asking this same question. I don't want to have to return the printer but if I cannot get this information, I will need to.

There is a pin in the bay where the ink is located.
