This case was registered on 23/11/22...no response yet.. Even after esclating 10times to hp customer service it was pending... So I wrote a complaint and sended it to CSS helpdesk team.... So response from them so far
My issues are noted on that case number for furthur reference
20days passed so far... That printer model have serious issues in printing A5 paper and frequently paper jams inside (which we can't retrieve unless we fully dismantle the printer to take out that page)
I don't want this product... Give me a refund or replace this product with some other hp printer....
No response from hp suppor. Just giving fake hopes that we will resolve it don't worry...
