Hi I have purchased a Envy 6020e printer and he issue I have is that ALL the lights are constantly flashing. I have tried everything from disconnecting the printer, rebooting wifi etc and sometimes switching it on and off will help but I've only managed to print something once. So I know the wifi isn't an issue as it says strength strong and it's plugged into a main socket. It has been online but 90% of the time it says offline and all the flights just flash. I think it's faulty.

HI @Col212,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP Envy 6020e is experiencing a serious issue if all the lights are constantly flashing. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Troubleshooting Steps
Power Cycle the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Open the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions in the paper path.
Reset the Network Connection:
- If the printer is connected to Wi-Fi, try resetting the network settings:
- Press the Wireless button on the printer until the lights flash.
- Follow the prompts to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Use the HP Smart app or visit the HP website to check for any firmware updates for your printer.
Check Ink Cartridges:
- Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed and not empty. Sometimes, improperly seated cartridges can cause flashing lights.
Use HP Smart App:
- If you haven't already, download the HP Smart app and try setting up the printer through the app for a more guided setup process.
Factory Reset:
- If none of the above works, you might consider performing a factory reset. This process can vary, so refer to the printer's manual for specific instructions.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
